Spain have emerged triumphant in the UEFA Nations League final, overcoming Croatia 5-4 on penalties after a tense 0-0 draw at De Kuip in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
Despite a host of chances for both sides, neither team could break the deadlock in regulation time, sending the match into extra time and ultimately a penalty shootout.
In the shootout, it was Spain who held their nerve, with Mikel Oyarzabal converting the decisive penalty to secure the victory for his side.
Spain's victory marks their second Nations League title, having previously won the inaugural tournament in 2021.
